I am, Reverend Starlene Joyner Burns a nondenominational minister. In my role, I am known for the many services I provide inside and outside the church.

Therefore, I am referred to as a minister of healing, minister of matrimony, wedding minister, wedding celebrant, wedding officiant, spiritual/pastoral guide, and pre/post wedding coach.

These titles do not limit my services as a minister. However, they highlight most of the work I do, especially as I travel up and down the highways fulfilling the needs of a diverse spiritual community.

In addition, I am the founder and director of SJB Ministries LLC, and God Center for Divine Healing. The center is dedicated to providing distant healing to those outside the Washington Metropolitan area. I am also, an active minister at a local church.

After four consecutive years of ministerial study at NSSC (and as part of my program), I became an ordained minister of Spiritual Science, prior to that I was ordained in the Christian faith. With more than seven years of experience, I am prepared for the responsibility of a nondenominational minister.

I received further training in the administration of the holy sacraments, under the direction of a well known master administrator of the rites of passage.   In addition, I am compassionate, ethical, and professional. So, I will work hard with you to ensure that your ceremony is memorable.

My services include, weddings, commitment ceremonies (civil unions), healings, funerals (including pets), baby blessings, baptisms, baby naming, premarital and marriage coaching, spiritual counseling, house blessings, business blessings, and other rites of passage.

The territory in which I will be offering my services as a wedding minister, wedding officiant, funeral minister, marriage coach, spiritual guide, and premarital counselor are: parts of Southern Maryland that includes; Prince Georges County, Calvert County, St. Mary's County, and Charles County.

In addition, I will extend my services to; Montgomery County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Frederick County, Carroll County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Northern Virginia: City of Alexandria, Arlington County, Fairfax County, and Washington, DC. I holds a certificate of authorization from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and from Virginia

Other counties and cities will be considered as long as my travel time is no more than 90 minutes one way.
