	I am, Reverend Starlene Joyner Burns a Nondenominational - Interfaith Maryland wedding minister, wedding celebrant, MD wedding officiant.   In addition, I am the founder and director of SJB Ministries, LLC, The Christ Church for Spiritual Science (internet church), and God's Center for Divine Healing.    The healing center is dedicated to providing distant healing energy and prayer to those outside the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.  I also teach Empowerment through Spiritual Growth and Development, transformational meditation, and I am a minister in good standings at the National Spiritual Science Center of DC.   After four consecutive years of ministerial study at NSSC and part of my program, I became an ordained minister of Spiritual Science.  Prior to that, I was ordained in the Christian faith.  With more than six years of experience, I am prepared for the responsibility of an interfaith - nondenominational wedding minister.      I am compassionate, ethical, and professional.  As a Maryland wedding minister, DC officiant, and VA celebrant; I am flexible and willing to travel to your ceremony site.  Your site can be a home, garden, park, banquet hall, country club, ballroom, hotel, restaurant, yacht, etc.   It can even be the slip where your boat in Annapolis sits or the docks.  It can also be held on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, the Baltimore Harbor, or the Potomac River.   No matter where the ceremony is officiated (waterfront or land), I am authorized to solemnize marriages in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.    Back to top     The territory in which I will be offering my services as a traveling wedding minister and wedding officiant are:  parts of Southern Maryland that includes;  Prince Georges County, Calvert County, and Charles County.  In addition, I will extend my area of coverage to; Montgomery County  MD; Howard County MD; Anne Arundel County MD; Frederick County MD; Carroll County MD; Baltimore County MD; Baltimore City MD; Hartford County MD; Northern Virginia: Arlington County VA, Fairfax County VA; Alexandria VA; Loudoun County VA; and Washington, DC.   Private premarital coaching is available, but not required.  For additional information, kindly click the coaching link at the top of the page.     After reserving your wedding date and time with me, you may secure my services with a $100 nonrefundable deposit.  This payment can be made by check, cash, or money order.  I normally collect this fee at the conclusion of our first meeting.  The balance is due 35 days prior (check or cash) to your wedding.  For short notice weddings, final payment would be due at an agreed upon date.        References are available upon request.
