Reverend Starlene Joyner Burns is a nondenominational minister who offers an untraditional style to her ministerial work. As a visionary, she started a wedding ministry in 2004 as part of her service to God. Working as an officiant, minister of healing, and religious advisor; she continues to aspire in touching the hearts of many. Rev. Burns is a phenomenal speaker who is empowered through God's grace, and she shares her gifts and knowledge with all.

Many people refer to her as a minister of healing, wedding minister, officiant, spiritual advisor, teacher, artist, and minister on call. As a minister on call, she travels to you and is always available to answer the calls of all those who seek her guidance.

She is the founder and director of SJB Ministries LLC, Chapel of Love Ceremonies, and God Center for Divine Healing.
