		The baby dedication ritual is a combination of many other baby celebrations.  This ritual includes the naming the child, blessing the child, parents' vows of dedication, protection, and the dedication of a child's life (optional).  However, its purpose is to dedicate the child's life to the services of God or to the service of mankind/humankind. The child can be dedicated to: Teaching Leadership Sports Arts Philosophy Etc. The ultimate goal will be to allow the child to blossom into the person he/she wants to be and being dedicated parents in raising the child and protecting him/her.
